Nora Thompson's Bio
On a spring evening in 2006 I started a new sketchbook, as I tend to do as soon as I fill up a current one. This particular sketchbook turned out to be different from the others. This particular sketchbook was just for me. The characters that jumped out on that first page were nothing like what people paid me to draw for them on the outside. They were irreverent. They were a little twisted. They were fun. But sometimes characters need to get drawn anyway, even if nobody is paying for them to get drawn. These characters had been crawling around in my head for weeks, and they wanted out. They wanted to get drawn. Eventually, a whole community emerged and demanded a name, and The Rots seemed to be a perfect fit.
This Rot calls himself “Reg,” and he’s happy to make your acquaintance.
