Nora Thompson's Bio

MEDIUM: Acrylic

Nora Thompson is an all-around artist, partly out of necessity and partly out of the need to explore new things. She’s an illustrator, graphic designer, fine artist and writer. Her mediums include acrylic, graphite, colored pencil and digital, all on wood, board or paper, with styles that range from figurative fine art to non-objective abstracts to playful children’s illustrations. She has been exhibiting artwork since 1990 and illustrating professionally since 1992. In 2006, she created characters called The Rots, which now hang in galleries as well as private collections.
