OnDeck 8 – May 3, 2013

2013 will be our third year having ON DECK at The Brink Gallery in Missoula. Once again, we are extremely grateful for the kindness and accommodating nature of Jen at The Brink Gallery. Seriously, she is one radical gal … seriously. If you ever have the chance to visit The Brink, we highly recommend you drop in and say hi. Seriously.

Format //

The opening of ON DECK 8 and auction will be in conjunction with Missoula’s First Friday Gallery Night. All the decks (including a couple of amazing surprises) will be available for viewing.

Here’s how it’s going to go down this year:

• Online bidding will begin two weeks before the First Friday Gallery Night on April 21st at noon.
• Online bidding will end Thursday May 2nd at 5pm at which time bidders will be notified and proxy bidders can be arranged for the gallery auction on May 3rd.
• First Friday Gallery Night, Friday May 3rd at The Brink 5-10pm. Bidding will end according to section. Each section will be marked with an ending time. Bidding wars will be announced and moderated by an MSA member as needed.*

* Bidding wars will occur when there are active bidders bidding against each other on a deck. In those instances an MSA member will moderate a brief live auction to determine the high bidder.

All decks will remain on display throughout the month of May.

So, if you are interested in bidding on a deck, you will be able to do so online or in person in the gallery. It’s all good…
